Who are we?Wanderer Mobile Bar & Events is a unique dry-hire bar service in Shasta County, California. Our mobile bar is a vintage 1965 horse trailer converted into a party on wheels that is a perfect vibe for your next event. Not only do we provide the mobile bar, but we also provide amazing bartenders and custom craft cocktail creations.

Does the Wanderer provide alcohol?Wanderer Mobile Bar & Events cannot sell alcohol due to licensing restrictions in California. Alcohol must be purchased by you. To help make your event a success, we will provide an easy-to-follow alcohol and garnish shopping list. We can explain more during your free consultation.

What is our hourly minimum?Our minimum service time is 3 hours, plus an additional one hour set-up and one hour clean-up.

Do we require power?Wanderer Mobile Bar & Events needs access to a standard 120v outlet. If you do not have access to electricity, for an additional cost we can provide a generator.

Will it fit?The Wanderer Mobile Bar is pulled and backed in with a tow vehicle. It measures 6 feet wide, 8 feet high, and weighs 2,500 pounds. Proper clearance is very important and requires a flat surface. The Wanderer Mobile Bar cannot be pushed or maneuvered into its location, it must be moved by the tow vehicle. We reserve the right to park the trailer in a more suitable and safe location at the event.

What is the size kegs do we offer?We have two half-keg tap systems available. Depending on your beer preference, it may take up to two weeks to order if it’s not in stock at our local liquor store.

Feeling tip-sy?If you do not want a tip jar displayed, Wanderer Mobile Bar & Events will add a 20% gratuity to the host’s invoice. If you are ok with a tip jar being on display we will add 15% gratuity to the host’s invoice.

Are we insured?Wanderer Mobile Bar & Events has liquor liability and general liability insurance. All bartenders are RBS certified.

Can you decorate the Wanderer?Yes! Any decor that will not damage the Wanderer can be used. We provide standard florals and greenery that can be utilized.

What payment options do we have?We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, and checks. A 3% credit card processing fee may apply.

Where do we wander?Events outside of a 30-mile range from Redding, CA will incur an additional fee of $2.50 per mile.
